PRACTICE SERVICES OFFERED GP Management /Team Care Plans, Immunization and Vaccinations , Women’s health / Pap Smears and implanon insertion, Travel Medicine Advice, Asthma Action Plans, Health Assessments for age 75+, Medical Assessments, Skin Prick Testing, Skin Cancer Checks, Cosmetic Checks, Baby Clinic, Diabetes Clinic Please note not all assessments are covered by Medicare, please ask our receptionist. We also offer the following specialised services like Counsellors, Physiotherapy, Pathology and Blood Collection, Clinical Psychotherapists, Mental Health Workers and dietician. Appointments and Walk ins Welcome If you are unable to communicate to the receptionist because of language. We have National Relay Service (NRS) on 1800 555 660 or the Translation and Interpreter Service (TIS) on 131 450. After hours Medical Services can be reached on 1300 729 749. Alternatively you can call the After Hours GP Helpline on 1800 022 222. Home visit service is available for regular patients whose condition prevents them from attending the surgery. Private fees usually apply and will be discussed at the time of appointment confirmation. Eligible patients will be bulk billed. However, fees are always set at the doctor’s discretion. Fee: The private fee for a standard consultation is $70.00, and $130.00 for a long or more complicated consultation. Weekends are usually $90.00 Patients with health care card / pension card , children under 16 will be bulk billed at doctors discretion. Practice Hours - Open 6 Days
